Wellness Tip of the Day: Expecting results is powerful. How much you hold back on willing to believe you can achieve your goal is how much you will fall short.
Expecting results….maybe that will help me motivate myself. I get bogged down in *not* expecting results but this would help…to expect some good results. Any tips for getting into “expecting” mode?
As I mentioned in today’s blog https://goss-coaching.com/2012/09/20/what-did-you-expect-2/, it helps if redefine success and the parameters of the game. It’s also helpful when you catch the disbelief to consciously choose new thoughts. Think about:
How it will feel to be slim and healthy
How eating healthy food in the right portions and moving your body will help you achieve your wellness goals
How hard your body is working on your behalf
How much you deserve—and can achieve—the the body you want
Just do that slowly and steadily and soon, you have shifted your expectation. Cheering you on!
