  1. Yes! So wonderfully true! It is all about what we choose to give our attention to! Attention to brings more of! And our emotions let us know if we are going the right way in our thinking! Your negative emotion is your guidance telling you what you think right know is disallowing your stream of well-being!

    What you do, what choice you take really doesnt matter! Your alignment is what matters! Action taken from a place of feeling good will always be beneficial to you, action from a place of feeling bad will always be detrimental to you! But it isn’t about what you do – it is about alignment or not! Alignment first, then everything else you have time for!

  2. I appreciate your thoughts. There seems to be a lot of persons blogging about the need to respect and appreciate ourselves! I totally agree – if we can think it, then we can achieve it! I’m new to your site, but I enjoyed this one and look forward to the next.
